Our staff is highly trained and educated in flood insurance and all inspectors, auditors, field data and managerial staff have real time experience when they join our staff. General Adjuster Contract

CCS currently holds the subcontract under the prime contract holder, OST Global, to provide the General Adjusters for the NFIP. The General Adjusters are responsible for duties such as the Daily Situation Report, Flood Surveys, Random Check Quality Control Reports, Appeals Correspondence, Special Assists, Flood File Reviews, and other essential oversight duties on behalf of the NFIP. CCS has provided an experienced veteran team. In addition, each member has their own high-end skill set that combines into an elite unit.

Training

CCS offers training on various software systems and hands on training for housing inspections, claims adjusting, management, and file auditing. All training is hands on and real time not just a two day class but real experience. Ride alongs and experienced mentors are a staple of CCS training. We have seen a need in our industry for truly trained and educated field and office staff and we have answered with a solid real time training system.
